01About these terms

These Terms of Use cover your use of the i7 Creative Space website and the services we offer: coworking, meeting space, the creative venue, virtual office, digital creative services, and business formation and related business services.

i7 Creative Space (“i7”, “we” or “us”) is run by legal entity name, located at Blok i, Jl. Baranangsiang III No. 7, RT.05/RW.08, Tegallega, Kec. Bogor Tengah, Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat 16129.

By using this website or booking an i7 service, you agree to these terms. A quote, invoice or written agreement for a particular service may add terms of its own. Where they differ, the document specific to your service applies.

02Using this website

This website describes i7’s spaces, packages and services. We try to keep it accurate, but its content can change at any time and is not a binding offer.

When using this website, please don’t:

• disrupt, overload or try to break into the site or the systems behind it;
• scrape its content in bulk by automated means;
• use i7’s name, logo or content to mislead others, for example by posing as i7.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps and partner sites take you to third-party services with their own terms. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

03Who owns the content

The i7 name and logo, and the text, illustrations, photos and design of this website, belong to i7 or its licensors. Work shown in the portfolio remains the property of the clients and partners it was made for, and is shown as an example of i7’s work.

You’re welcome to share links to this website. For any other use of its content, please ask us for written permission first.

04Prices and service details

• Prices are in Indonesian rupiah. Applicable taxes, including VAT, follow the note on each package and your invoice.
• Prices and package contents can change. The price that applies to you is the one on your booking confirmation, quote or invoice from i7.
• Facilities, capacity and opening hours are as described for each package. Room bookings are always subject to availability.
• Offers, including student offers, apply on the terms announced with them.

05Bookings and payment

You can book through WhatsApp, by email or in person at i7. A booking is confirmed once i7 has confirmed the slot and received full payment / a deposit of …%.

Only pay into the account in the name of official account holder shown on an official i7 invoice. i7 will never ask you to pay into a personal account from an unknown number. If in doubt, call 0817-9004-664 before paying.

Staying past your booked time counts as extra time at the current hourly rate, as long as the next slot is free.

06Rescheduling and cancellations

• You can ask to reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking, subject to availability.
• Cancel at least 72 hours before your booking: full refund / refund minus an admin fee of ….
• Cancel less than 72 hours before, or don’t show up without telling us: no refund.
• If i7 has to cancel your booking, for example because of force majeure or a facility fault, we’ll offer you another slot or refund you in full.

Annual packages such as virtual office, and monthly coworking, follow the termination terms in their agreement or invoice.

07Using the space

i7 is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB, unless we agree otherwise for your event. To keep the space comfortable for everyone:

• Keep to your package’s capacity: 8–10 people for the meeting space and 15 for the creative venue.
• Keep things clean and tidy, and put furniture back where you found it.
• Keep the noise down, especially in the shared coworking area.
• Smoke only in designated areas confirm the smoking area.
• Don’t bring weapons, drugs or anything dangerous, and don’t use the space for anything unlawful.
• Food and drinks for events can be ordered through i7’s F&B partners at extra cost. Set the rule on bringing outside food.
• Use the i7 Wi-Fi fairly, and never to download or share illegal content.

You’re responsible for damage to or loss of i7 property caused by you, your team or your guests, beyond normal wear and tear.

Please look after your own belongings. Unless loss or damage is caused by i7’s negligence, we aren’t responsible for personal items left at i7.

i7 may end your use of the space if these rules are seriously broken or someone’s safety is at risk.

08Virtual office

• To subscribe, you’ll need to provide accurate, valid identity and business documents list the documents, e.g. the director’s KTP, NPWP, deed and NIB.
• The i7 address may only be used for a lawful business, as a correspondence and registered business address as your package allows, and never as a residence.
• i7 receives letters and parcels addressed to your business, lets you know when something arrives and holds it until it’s collected storage period and parcel size limits. Forwarding costs are yours.
• Meeting hours apply during your subscription, are subject to room availability and don’t carry over to the next period.
• A subscription runs for the package term, usually one year. If it ends without renewal, you must move your business address away from i7 and update your records with the relevant authorities within 30 days.
• i7 may end a subscription and report it to the authorities if the address is used for anything unlawful or misleading.

09Digital creative and business services

• The scope, number of revisions, timeline and price are as set out in the quote or agreement you accept. Anything outside that scope is charged separately.
• Timelines are estimates and depend on how complete your materials are and how quickly you respond.
• Rights to the final design work pass to you once it’s paid in full. Working files and third-party assets, such as fonts and stock photos, follow their own licences.
• i7 may show the work in its portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to.
• For business formation, licences, trademarks and copyright, and accounting and tax, i7 helps prepare and process your documents. Final approval rests with the notary and the relevant government agencies, so i7 can’t guarantee the outcome or how long it takes.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. Notary fees, government fees (PNBP) and other official costs are as itemised in your quote.

10Shoots, photos and events

If you use i7 for a shoot, podcast or event, you’re responsible for what you produce, for consent from participants and talent, and for any other permits needed.

i7 may photograph the space and events for its website and social media. Let us know if you or your event would rather not appear. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

11Limits of liability

This website is provided as is. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, i7’s liability for any loss arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. i7 isn’t liable for indirect loss, such as loss of profit or data.

These limits don’t reduce your statutory rights as a consumer, and don’t apply to loss caused by i7’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12Force majeure

i7 isn’t in breach if a service is disrupted by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, floods, power or internet outages from providers, epidemics, civil unrest or government action. If this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and offer another slot or a refund for any service not yet delivered.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. Changes don’t apply retroactively to bookings or agreements already confirmed.

14Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we’ll first try to settle it amicably. If we can’t reach agreement within 30 days, the dispute will be settled at the Bogor District Court, without affecting your right to use consumer dispute resolution under applicable law.

These terms are available in Indonesian and English. If the two differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
